To fulfill the mitzva of Matanot L'Evyonim on the highest level possible.

At Lema'an Achai we are busy today doing we do best...helping
the poor to change their lives. All of our time,energy and resource goes
into building brighter futures for our families.

Over the course of today we will distribute Matanot L'Evyonim to
over 200 families, your friends and neighbors, to make certain that they
will have the most joyous Purim possible.

A few of the families...

Your Matanot L'Evyonim will make the difference for "N" and her family. "N" 
's husband is partially dosabled and unable to work full time. "N" carries 
the burden of her family as the bread winner. Because of you this family 
will be able to celebrate Purim like the rest of their neighbors!

Your Matanot L'Evyonim will help the "L" family who, through Lema'an Achai's 
shikum program will soon begin to earn a viable income.  They have great 
debt to pay off and having extra money for this Purim will give them much to 
be happy for!.
