[RBS] Who do we complain to?

Sharet taxi service has always been exceptional and reliable in RBS. We have been taking cabs for years over here and had seen many problems with other companies such as shorting us the change or throwing the change into the back of the car... 

Recently, we have been having many issues with their service and we have tried to call and complain several times but nothing has been done. One driver smoked in the car when my spouse was inside feeling sick and asked that he put out the cigarette. The driver said, "it's my car and I can do what I want" and continued smoking. I have gone with small children in the car and had a driver that cursed and drove recklessly and even threw something out of his window at another driver who he had stopped in the middle of the road. I have had a few who yelled at me and my children if we were not going fast enough, and even pulled out so fast when we got out of the car, missing my children by very little. 

Today, a driver in a new Mercedes took the hanging clothing fresh from the cleaners and threw it all out on the sidewalk because he said it was getting his new car wet. It was raining outside and he just emptied everything we put in and threw it to the side of the road and drove off.

Is there anyone we can reach about these matters other than the guy who answers the phone?

I have been avoiding taking cabs and it's silly if there anyone that can help us.
