[RBS] Who do we complain to?

I am pained to hear this.  This is highly unusual.
When you call their dispatcher, ask for the cell number of the owner
(baalim).
If you have a problem with any particular driver, simply record the car #
and/or license number and/or the name of the driver and the time of the
incident and then report these details to the station owner.  I am sure that
he will correct the situation in a jiffy, and the driver will probably lose
his job.
