[RBS] did you use my cart in the RBS merkaz this morning?

I left a cart near the picture framing store this morning, around 10:30 am. 
When I came back from a shop, at 10:45, it was gone, along with the 
contents.

There were two bags in it - one with tofu, the other (a large black plastic 
bag) with clothes in it.
I would very much like these items back.
