1.      Update from Badatz Beit Yosef
Badatz Beit Yosef announces that Ohr Pizza, located at 633 Herzl
Street in Beit Shemesh, is no longer under its hashgacha.

Despite this fact, the pizza shop continues to use the badatz logo in
its ads and other areas, without authorization and the store
management has refused to comply with badatz demands halt this
practice. Requests to date have been met with refusal and the
hashgacha is pursuing channels to compel compliance.
