[RBS] central ac/heat question

Hi:
 
If you have a Tadrian AC/Heater, I have a question. When I change the setting from AC to heat, it changes itself back in a few hours, meaning the air heats for a few hours and then cools. This is our 4th year with the particular central element (we rent) and we have never experienced this before nor know why it is happening. 
 
Can anyone in listland help us figure out what is wrong? We would like to get this solved before Shabbat.
