[RBS] ?Consumer group to fight Orange?

We have been having problems with Orange since making multiple purchases in August. We have been making continuous phone calls, speaking to numrous "custormer service managers". 
Are there any consumer agencies that will help us get them to honor the statements that they made to us at the times of the  purchases?

Looking forward to hearing from you with any advice, names or phone numbers.
