[RBS] consignment\ vintage clothing store

hello- i am looking to open a new business in the shopping center. it will
be a vintage clothing store for women and children. consignment style-
where you bring your clothing and get a percentage in cash, and buy lots of
fun and designer clothing at second hand prices. i would like feedback from
people to estimate if it would work. please write me your thoughts-
