KIDS
Sundays
5:00-6:00 - Pre Karate class ages 5-7
Sundays and Thursdays
6:00-7:00 Kids Karate -ages 8-11
ADULTS
7:00-8:00 Women's and Girls (14 and older) hands on Martial Arts and Self Defense
8:00-9:30 Men's Karate and Martial Arts
