[RBS] betuach leumi NOT open like they say

If you call Betuach Leumi you will get a recorded message saying they are
open Sun-thursday 8am-3pm
But if you go there, they will not let you in
They are open today according to their opld hours of 3-5 only
Also, they are usually not open chol hamoed
