These are the opening times for yom hazikaron and yom ha'atzmaut:

Tuesday erev yom hazikaron from 8 AM till 19 PM.
Wednesday erev yom ha'atzmaut from 8 AM till 20 PM.
Thursday yom ha'atzmaut CLOSED
Friday erev shabbos from 8 AM till 15 PM.
