[RBS] what's jerusalem like on yom hazikaron?

Is there a lot of traffic-ie. is it impossible to get anywhere and it's best
just to stay home? How about tomorrow night, as Yom Ha'atzmaut begins? Does
that get crazy? Is it feasible to plan to leave the city by 417 bus at
7-ish?
