[RBS] Question about U.S. Embassy

Did anyone go to the U.S. embassy recently for report of birth & new 
passport for a baby? On their website they require "official 
translation" of the Teudat Laida & the marriage certificate (which is in 
Hebrew since they got married here). Did you need that & who does that? 
Or could you just translate it yourself? Please advise ASAP, my son has 
an appointment very soon.
