[RBS] beware shipping elecronics to israel

i knwo that no one doubts this, but i eel pobligated to point it out anyhow
customs duties exist
not just in israel
if you order such stuff sent to Canda, youwoudl pay duty plus PST and GST

and someone who imports shirts or granola bars to sell , has to  pay duty
on them too.
