[RBS] Unsolicited recommendation for handyman Tzvi Lefkowitz

This is an unsolicited recommendation for handyman Tzvi Lefkowitz, who did a miraculous job for me!

Before I first moved into my current home, I hired a kablan (contractor) to do a long list of projects including building a bathroom on the main floor, where there was none. Unfortunately, the contractor deserted the job with many things left undone. The one which has bothered me the most is that his workers miscalculated the space they left for the frame of the bathroom doorway resulting in the frame not fitting--so they just left it unfinished!

In other words, every time a guest would go into the bathroom, he or she would be staring at a door with open gaps all around it, filled with insulation foam and nothing else! I was embarrassed to have anyone use the bathroom.

I called in numerous contractors and handymen, and no one was willing to undertake the job. It was too difficult or bothersome and not worth their time and effort. Out of desperation, I bought some wooden molding, thinking maybe I could find a way to do it myself--but I knew it wouldn't end up looking good.

After seeing a job Tzvi had done for my daughter, I knew he was talented, creative and willing to "think out of the box." I asked him to look at this job and see what he could do. While he acknowledged the difficulty of the job, he was willing to undertake it and spent quite a bit of time thinking it through. Amazingly, he ended up doing the job the same day--and figured out a way to do it that turned out so well no one who sees it (except me!) would have a clue that it was ever a problem!! Wow!!

By the way, Tzvi also speaks English and even has a website in English at www.HandymanTzvi.com.
