[RBS] Cruella for Purim?

My daughter would like to dress up as the Dalmation Nation’s equivalent to Haman and was wondering if anyone has any of the following that she could borrow:

High heeled red shoes, size approx. 38-39
Fake fur white coat or scarf or shawl

I can pick up anywhere in R/BS, and promise to keep them safe.
