[RBS] Update on Arabs

Arabs are not "scum" who "pollute our environment."  They are human beings
who were created b'tzelem elokim.  And the reason that they are willing to
work for such low wages is because they are poor.

We need to protect ourselves--but we can do so without resorting to
invective.
