[RBS] Looking for a network expert

Hi,
I need someone who has excellent expertise in networks.
I am mapped to drives on various servers and the speed is extremely slow,
even though I upgraded o 100 MB (NGN).
I am NOT looking for a general computer expert, I need someone specifically
with expertise in networking using remote access; specifically mapped drive.
