A medium sized black short-haired dog (with a little bit of white) was involved in a "hit and run" at the beginning of Yarkon, a couple of buildings down from HaBesor. He has been taken by a RSPCA person (or whatever the Israeli equivalent) for treatment. If he is yours or you know who he belongs to, please make enquires to reclaim him.
