[RBS] ADDITIONS TO Summary of answers re: Sources for:Ladies size 42-43fashionable Shoes

i bought sandals at Khalifa on Yaffo in yerushalaim.  they have size 43 of
Naot and also of Beautifeel - there were even shoes there that are TOO BIG
for me.....
