[RBS] Skills/interests/values tests?

yes, in Israel it is called הכוונה מקצועית hachvana miktzoit - look up
those two words on google, and you will get lots of places that offer it
as far as i know, the army  also offers some of that typep of hachvana to
soldiers when they finish their service
