[RBS] suspicious characters on timna and dolev

I was just asked to post that there are two suspicious people snooping
around the area between Dolev and Timna. Yes, the police have been called.
Just lock your doors and if you see someone out of the ordinary call the
police. 

Better safe than sorry.
