[RBS] suspicious characters on timna and dolev

I saw 2 suspicious guys too, on 13 Nachal Ketalav (otherwise known as
Katlav...).
One is a big, dark guy, and the other is short, dark, with Chinese eyes.
When they realized that I spotted them, the big one uttered something about
looking for some agency and then they quickly disappeared.
When I called the police to report, they asked me to physically come to the
station.
