[RBS] Carseat base taken on nachal katlav

We accidentally left a carseat base by the bottom of the steps at katlav 9
about an hour ago (8 oclock pm) ago.It was taken sometime between than and
now.If you took it, or know who did, it was not hefker, and we would really
appreciate getting it back.
