[RBS] SAL KAL / CARSEAT WHEELS /FRAME taken on nachal katlav

Sorry , I didn't label it correctly.  I'm told it's called a Sal Kal- like a
metal frame with wheels to put a car seat into to make it into a "stroller"-
IT WAS NOT HEFKER, WE NEED IT BACK PLEASE!
