[RBS] break-ins

I heard that there were 8 break ins today - most this morning. I know that
someone on Shimshon/HaYarkon apartments was broken into at around 5:15.  I
am sure I saw the burglar (just before the fact) checking out the area.  Is
there someone I should have called???  Any suggestions how to protect our
homes???? TIA. Shellie an RBSA resident
