[RBS] break-ins

When you see something suspicious call 990-2223 - it's the direct
number for Bet Shemesh police (so they take things more seriously - or
put them in context better - than 100 which is routed through
Jerusalem).
Last week I called when I saw a traffic problem and they took the
information eagerly.
