If the elections last week confused you, it may be a good idea to join 
the new IsraelTogether list (for English speakers, in English) which 
hopes to educate and alert you, and to become the one place you can turn 
to in order to be prepared, to avoid perils and pitfalls.  This may help 
your competence in real time navigation of the various pathways in 
Israel.  It is for information dissemination on the nuts and bolts.

This includes the government in all its functions (but not "politics"), 
the IDF structure and function, national interest consumer issues, the 
legal system, health care access, meches procedures, transportation 
systems, educational rights, property purchasing, and more.

Postings will be brief.  The list is not for advertising or promotion, 
but for progress for all Jews living in Israel.  The goal is information 
and education, not opinions.  Questions on all relevant topics may be 
posted to the list. 

It is designed to be a no-ego zone, and a place where all participants 
feel assisted by other list members.
