[RBS] Why Fight a Charedi Mayor?

Can someone explain why they think that a non-Charedi candidate can win the
next mayoral elections?

Based on the national elections, the numbers are very close to 50-50, and
the Charedi voters allegedly have a significantly higher turnout for the
local elections than for the national.

I am not expressing my support or disapproval of any candidate, just asking
a question.
