[RBS] ADVICE NEEDED: aliya document

Hi,
I need an official document from some sort of government office, showing
that I have officially made aliya and reside in Israel.
A TZ or Teudat Oleh is not good enough, nor is an amenities bill. Anyone
got any idea where I can get such a document from?
