[RBS] changing the key of a yamaha keyboard

Hi ,
Our Yamaha keyboard needs a key changed. I have a replacement key for the
instrument, but when we opened it up to replace it, we saw that the inner
workings of such a machine are more complicated  than we originally
thought. So we closed it up and are now looking for recommendations for
someone who knows how to replace such a key.
