other places to complain :
- yes, call the police, and send a letter to the chief there, ccing the
mateh artzi in yerushalaim.  in fact, write  two letters. The issue of
someone living in the caravans is also illegal
the 7am starting time does not say that they are only not allowed to punch
holes inteh ground - legally, they are not allowed to make noise til
7am,whether that is "work" or "not"
- also, write to mevaker ha'iriya
