[RBS] The problem of dirty streets

An Issue that needs to be addressed is that of the State of Ramat Beit Shemesh A . While it is at at a very high spiritual level,  the aesthetics  are at an all time low. It is one of the dirtiest neighborhoods in Israel, the roundabouts on the back road are overgrown with weeds and the entrance is pathetic. No flowers nor welcoming feelings...
WHAT WOULD THE MAYORAL CANDIDATES PLAN TO DO TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION  ?
