I just received an official Iriyah notification of illegal parking supposedly committed in the mercaz on 27 July 2012. That was 8 months ago! There was no ticket put on the car at that time and I do not park illegally. Do I have any recourse? Do they take pictures as evidence? Thanks, Jonathan
