The young families forum* - a project of the Municipality absorption
department and the Ministry of immigrant absorption
invites families for a visit at "Beit Hatfutsot" , the Museum of the
Jewish People on Friday, 29/11/2013.

Beit Hatfutsot connects Jewish people to their roots and strengthens
their personal and collective Jewish identity. Beit Hatfutsot conveys
to the world the fascinating narrative of the Jewish people and the
essence of the Jewish culture, faith, purpose and deed while
presenting the contribution of world Jewry to humanity.

The New Family Gallery, featuring the “A-B-See-Do” children’s
exhibition occupies 570 square meters on the first floor of the
Abraham and Edita Spiegel Family Building.

The exhibition A-B-See-Do brings to life the essence of the Hebrew
Language and engages all audiences, especially families with young
children. Using cutting edge contemporary museum media to create a
multi-sensory experiential exhibition aimed at ages 3-12 along with
their parents and other adult relatives and friends.

 *  The goal of this project is to open the lines of communication
between the olim families from all of Beit Shemesh.
The requirements for this group are families between the ages of 20-48
that have made Aliyah in the present or in the past, from different
parts of the world, live in Beit Shemesh and speak Hebrew.

The group will meet a few times throughout the year. The meetings will
consist of workshops, lectures, trips etc.
