[RBS] recommendation for house painter/wallpaper?

I am looking for a painter who has a very good eye for design and special
effects, is reasonable and perfectionist. I have used Just Now Shmuel in the
past and have been very satisfied with him and recommend him. I just want to
hear about other recommended painters, please.

 

Also would love to hear from anyone who has put up wallpaper-where did you
buy it and who installed it for you?
