I apologize, I see what you mean. There is a clue in this case as
well, however: if you go to https://www.misim.gov.il (that redirects
to https://www.misim.gov.il/shaam_internet/) you will see (in Hebrew)
"it is recommended to view this site at 800x600 resolution and with IE
version 5.5 or better". This should give you a hint in which
millennium the site was created[*].
[*] I actually checked - IE5.5 was launched in mid-2000, i.e., in the
previous millennium. ;-)
