Detecting whether a network interface is an SRIOV nic

Hi,
Is there a way to detecting whether a network interface is an SRIOV nic
in a given machine (by some userspace command )?

To be more specific:
I know of course that you can find the name of the driver and google for
its feature, but is there some userspace tool which can check it ?
