According to Documentation/PCI/pci-iov-howto.txt newer SR-IOV supporting 
drivers should have a sriov_numvfs sysfs node under 
/sys/bus/pci/devices/<DOMAIN:BUS:DEVICE.FUNCTION>/. The presence of this node 
is surely and indication that the device supports SR-IOV.
