[RBS] Watch Out for "Orange 2"

In general, you should ALWAYS check your monthly statements from all service
providers. There are frequently mistakes that you can ask to reverse and to
stop.

In particular, I have asked Orange to stop charging me for "Orange 2," a
service I never ordered that keeps coming back, month after month, on
multiple phone lines, even after they said they would stop it.

Keep your eyes open, and don't be afraid to call to ask for the credit.
