[RBS] [BS/RBS list] Watch Out for "Orange 2"

I just found out that I have paid for over 5 years to Orange 1300 NIS for a phone number that I never heard of. Over the years, I have called them endless times to find ways to lower my bill. They always confirmed that I had 2 numbers on my bill. "Suddenly" someone "slipped" and informed me of a 3rd number that I never heard of.  The "top management" contacted me and told me that it was MY fault because I would have seen this number on my bill. I told her that Orange charges to receive bills so why should I ask for them AND I had spoken to endless people over the years and nobody ever said that I had a number that I was paying monthly for and never used. So, the "best" they could do for me is pay me back 600 NIS.  Buyer definitely beware with Orange. I would be thrilled to change providers but you still have to pay back Orange for phones that you get from them so it doesn't really pay.
Any advice is welcome.

In general, you should ALWAYS check your monthly statements from all service
providers. There are frequently mistakes that you can ask to reverse and to
stop.

In particular, I have asked Orange to stop charging me for "Orange 2," a
service I never ordered that keeps coming back, month after month, on
multiple phone lines, even after they said they would stop it.

Keep your eyes open, and don't be afraid to call to ask for the credit.
