[RBS] Contractor - Water Seepage

Shalom,

We recently had some construction done, and have some serious retivut
issues. The original contractor is inaccessible, so we're looking for a
recommendation for someone who can evaluate and solve this issue.

Please respond with reccs! The sooner, the better!
