Introduction to Stott Pilates Matwork 

This small group class is a great starting point for anyone new to Stott Pilates even if you have done other forms of pilates.  In ten sessions you will learn the Five Basic Principles of the method, and build a foundation of essential exercises required to move on to the next level.  You will begin to establish core strength and stability, and heighten mind-body awareness.  Unique props such as Bosu's, Stability Balls, Foam Rollers, Rotational Discs and much more will be incorporated to add variety, modify exercises or increase intensity. Maximum 6 participants. Two mornings per week for 5 weeks. Times/days TBD. Please respond to this e-mail or call if you're interested.

Subsequent to this course you will feel confident to join any one of the regular on-going group classes including (click website below for more details):

Essential/Intermediate Matwork with light equipment
Group Equipment class - utilizing the larger specialized apparatus including, the Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair 
Jump Interval - A cardio/strengthening class combining intervals of plyrometrics using the Jumpboard or Cardio-Tramp with dynamic Pilates exercises on the Reformer. A super fun full body workout you will not find anywhere else . . .
