[RBS] [RBS2] Please Help Make Our Streets Safer

[Rafi and Shifra Goldmeier]

I fairly frequently see private cars driving the wrong way down Nahal 
Gilo. It always upsets me that they make the roads so dangerous just to 
save the 2 minutes it would take to drive around the other way. What can 
I do about ti when I see it happen?
